Trees (Current Progress)

I had attempted to make the palm tree look less flat and more three-dimensional, but I do not feel my attempts were adequate.

I eventually decided I could try and make a new iteration of the palm tree, with 2 rows of 12 leaves to go around the tree, which has twelve subdivisions.

Also attempted to refine the Joshua tree. But it is not unwrapped.

One Of The Huts

Yes it looks like a house but when it is textured it will look more like a hut!

This is the tree that is based around the Joshua tree in its current progress. I'm not very proud of it because I had to make leaves via a texture plane and I had to try to align the leaves to make sure the bottom ends of the leaves were not sticking out of the bark improperly. To make matters worse, at home, the texture plane image did not display.

Unreal Engine Practice

AG: Trying out the Unreal Engine. I feel the flying mode was a way of visualizing what the whale asset might be if it were an actual game. Unfortunately, there was and still is a lot that seems out of my grasp.

AG: I also tried out the Unreal Engine at home, but as you can see, the engine it is not as good on the laptop computer I have at home.

AG: Having a go at the third person map in the Unreal Engine.
